Everything was amazing, the staff, the food 😍

The Island suite were large with great wardrobe space and a big bathroom. The breakfast was great with a very good choice. Great pool with amazing staff to help with everything! Good for going to all the lot shops and restaurants. Great sunset bar on the roof!

I would make the entrance more visible as it truly is a hidden gem. But i didn’t like the fact that when I asked to extend you were hitting rates of 1.9m at me when I paid nothing close to that before. Customers are there to be maintained - not just to win a little more money out of if they are showing loyalty to them

The staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced and could not do enough to help you. The rooms are exceptional. We were in a suite with an outdoor bathroom which was amazing. The place is a tranquil reprieve from the business of Seminyak

We couldn't recommend here enough - location wise, we were very close to town center and the beach with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Also had a lovely jacuzzi in the bathroom. The pool was basically empty and a great length to swim in. Staff were really friendly and helpful and a good mix of European and traditional food for breakfast. The hotel had a large water dispenser which was a great idea to refill our bottles and also had a fridge...

This is the most beautiful property we have stayed in Bali. We were very appreciative of a complementary upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa - especially welcomed as it was my birthday weekend. A little out of the way but the complementary shuttle is available and we used it many times - often a motorised golf cart to cool you as you travel around Seminyak. It is peaceful and quiet. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, the bed extraordinarily comfortable and the breakfast (which was made each morning...

Stayed in the One Bed Villa with Pool and it was great. Location is perfect. Right next to the beach and a five min walk from loads of shops and restaurants.

It is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean, spacious and aircon is really effective. Good place down the road to get laundry done. Lots of good eateries around. The gym was small but useful. The pool area was great. I didn't eat at hotel. Hotel is not far from Desa Potato Heads, so there are lots of activities there you can do. The Forge Sports Bar is a good gastro pub within walking distance. Very good value for money and the staff are so nice.

I booked a villa with a private pool , and it was amazing the staff where very nice and they helped me to find the best toruism stuff around the area , they kept cleaning the room everytime im out , so i see it cleaned more than three times a day, i just loved it

Definitely the best hotel in Seminyak. No other words needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Could not speak more highly of our stay at this resort - from the moment we got out of our cab and were greeted by all the friendly staff, Meta was amazing, she helped us with a smooth check in and welcome drinks, our room was breathtaking, the plunge pool was the icing on the cake! The resort facilities were amazing, from the floating bars to the spa options, the ultimate hub for a couple searching for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Canggu! We will most definitely be visiting here again...
