"Enjoyed this property breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Enjoyed the beautiful pool and amenities around property. Only thing that we found that the rooms on the street side was pretty noisy for sleeping at night :( if we go again, we would request room at the pool site it might be quieter. "

"We booked this hotel for one night before our flight home from Cancun. Very easy access instructions as doesn't have a reception. It was very affordable and perfect for a one night stay. The room was clean and we had soap, toilet roll and an iron provided. I am not sure whether this is the best location for a longer trip in Cancun however it was absolutely perfect for our purposes. Would have been very helpful for a small bottle of water on arrival. Thankyou! "

"I had a great stay at Torre Sofia in Cancún. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered a lot of privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. There are also shops and a pharmacy nearby, so it’s very convenient if you need anything during your stay. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a vacation, this spot is truly amazing. The only downside was some confusion with fees before arrival. Expedia showed one price, but then the rental team asked to add an additional fee through their app, which was a bit frustrating. However, once we arrived at the property, everything was resolved smoothly. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. "
