"Staff!!!!! Wow absolutely exceptional and made me and family including the dog feel at home and welcome! There was one day we thought breakfast went later then it did. We completely missed it, the staff was kind enough to still provide me and my family breakfast. I can not thank you enough. "

"We love the Gould. However the bar was not open due to new ownership waiting for an alcohol license. The bar itself is very cozy and lovely. It will be awesome when it's open. The hotel was perfect for our needs for one night, and the village of Seneca Falls is charming."

"This was the cutest B&B that I have ever seen. The house was warm and spotless and the room was adorable. But what really put it over the top were all of the homey and thoughtful touches. The coffee station had a great selection of beverages, the little fridges were always stocked with water, and there was a small box in our room of things that we may have forgotten (a little sewing kit, tape, etc). It was so thoughtful and sweet. My husband and I are in the area a few times a year and we've already decided that we'll be back on our next trip. "
