"The room was great and clean. We had a suite, and it was really nice to have that extra space and the balcony. The outdoor hot tubs were clean and well maintained. We didn't go see the indoor pool or hot tub."

"The resort relies on the sheer breathtaking beauty of the lake and quite justifiably. It caters for an enormous number of people from across the globe and that is obviously a challenge. Is it value for money? That depends on personal values. We are very pleased we stayed and enjoyed the experience. But the rooms nerd size, not large in other words and well equipped. The restaurant food is not much better than ok in most respects. Breakfast buffet is crammed with people all trying to get at it and the offer of tinned fruit is disappointing. The staff were marvellous apart from each restaurant at the welcome desk they seem to be over-burdened with the technology. The tablet is king! Clearly it is a hassle because they rarely smile and go heads-down straight away to allocate a table I presume. One staff member said they had been working there several weeks and still didn’t feel comfortable with the tablet. Also the food in other restaurants is acceptable with odd flashes of excellence. Ok everything has to travel a long way but I feel sure they could manage a better experience. Overall a great experience but too expensive for what it offers."

"If I was just rating staff here, this place would be 6 stars out of 5!!! Unreal service! The only reason I’m letting it slip to a 4 star rating is mostly for the overall need for cosmetic maintenance around the buildings. Cracked sink, chipped baseboards, little things really. But for the price point, they should be looked at for sure. Amenities were 10/10, food was incredible, and the staff absolutely spoil you! Shout out to Vicente in the Rundle bar! We’ll be back for sure!!! ❤️"
