"The staff helped with transportation coordination from our ships docking to the hotel. Seamless. The hotel is a 400 year old former mansion in incredible condition. Modernized in a tasteful manner, preserving the grandeur of the palace. The accommodations were absolutely 1st class and service outstanding. this was our first visit to Venice and the staff made this a crowning ending to our 2 week travel. Highly Recommended!"

"This is a charming boutique hotel on a quiet canal but within easy reach of bars and restaurants, and only a 10 minute walk to the San Mercuola vaporetto stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, so that you felt you were one of the family. The buffet breakfast was delicious."

"Brand new property in accessible location. Comfortable bed and linens in minimalistic modern style. Breakfast had good plentiful options but coffee set up location inefficient with long line ups. Staff worked very hard to keep up with clearing of tables and replenishing food. No in room drinks station which was missed a lot! We were placed in annex building which was in final construction phase and bearing evidence of another breakfast venue which may help the flow when up and running. One quick mention that the lock on the door of room 1402 was loose. Overall a good stay, convenient for people mover and vaporetto access to Venice and especially for cruise ship terminal."

"We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Venice. The hotel is in the district adjacent to the railway station. Lots of local restaurants and bars to frequent with most offering better prices than the over priced San Marco area. A short walk to the water taxi locations, if you feel energetic its around a 30 minute walk to San Marco. The hotel offered clean basic accommodation, rooms had the essentials, breakfast was quite good and the staff pleasant. The only downside is the awful wifi whilst in the rooms. We had 3 rooms and all were the same. Wifi in the downstairs reception / public areas was good. For a short stay this hotel is ideal for those not demanding 5* luxury."
