The location was great! It wasn’t too far of a walk from the main hustle and bustle - the hotel itself was in a quiet area which was perfect! The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were very friendly! The room was clean & spacious. Overall 10/10 stay and I’d do it again!

The staff were very helpful. Matteo made reservations for us at a restaurant frequented by locals as we were looking for an authentic meal. He also made several helpful suggestions for things to see and do. We had a beautiful room and the linens were very nice. A short walk to the water bus. We would stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet was better than we were expecting. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices - not just a bunch of different breads. This hotel is a little off of the beaten path, which makes it quiet at night. The rooms are a bit outdated, but that did not take away from our experience. We would stay here again.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one person (would feel a bit tight for two, but ideal solo). The hotel is well located in Cannaregio, slightly away from the busiest areas, which made it noticeably quieter while still very walkable. Reception was a highlight: the two women at the desk were genuinely lovely and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was good and perfectly fine when included, though I probably wouldn’t pay extra for it separately. No need for extensive facilities, everything worked as it should, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, a short walk from the water bus as well as a main street. This kept it quiet in the late evenings and early mornings. This hotel was beautiful and our room was incredibly comfortable and spacious for a family of 3. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet and the easy walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions. This hotel is also just a 5 minute walk to the the main water bus that goes to the Marco Polo airport, so it was very convenient on our departure day.
