"Issue reported during our stay. Did not receive any feedback from the staff and while we followed up with the front desk, we were told that staff tried to contact us during the day by calling our room. I hope this property does not expect its guests to stay in the room all day long."

"This is a very basic, no frills whatsoever, cheap motel. It is very rundown and old, desperately needs renos. My initial room's door did not lock and AC did not work. When I raised it to management, they did give me a free upgrade to a King Bed room that had moderately working AC and a locking door, was a bit cleaner/slightly newer. The bed and sheets were bare bones/scratchy though with a paper thin comforter, and the pillows were flat. The room was mostly clean but there were a few hairs on the shower wall and the carpet is old and stained. The inside of the motel has a very strong cigarette smell in the hallway. The ice and vending machines were out of order. Overall it's passable, but again, no frills and not particularly comfortable."
