This hotel is great. I loved the evening reception as it can be boring and lonely when you stay in hotels a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff are all really friendly, especially Maria. An unexpected surprise was the laundry facilities. We have been on a very long trip and it was great to be able to get rid of the laundry burden that had been piling up. Breakfast had a good range of options and the shops on Broadway are easy to walk to. I would definitely recommend...

Great hotel due to late flight we emailed on the day we were going to be late owner replied it wasn’t a problem told us our room number and even left the light on. Great room nice breakfast and friendly staff shame we weren’t there a bit earlier

I would stay in our original accommodation but I found it small so we upgraded to a room with a king bed and fireplace. Glad we did. It was amazing. The views are fantastic on a clear day. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

We had a fantastic stopover here on our way to Vermont. The b&b was so comfortable and everyone incredibly friendly. We would definitely stay again and cannot recommend staying here enough.

Do not arrive before 3pm, you will be told to come back later. Think receptionist was having a bad weekend our stay… but rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, bagels, toast, coffee was a bit slow to be refreshed and hot plate was not hot… this was noticed on our 2nd day when “hot food” was to be microwaved. What a wonderful hotel, of our trip to New England, this was probably our biggest (wonderful) surprise. It's just a joyous place. The room was wonderful, the staff in the bar and restaurant were amazing and the location is just truly wonderful. The reception staff when we checked on, were professional, but very disimterested and were more interested in themselves and their chat, but, it was a minor irritation in a wonderful stay.
