• The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces.
• There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable.

Fui direcionado a um quarto com infiltração e goteiras (chão molhado), ao fazer a reclamação na recepção fui colocado em outro quarto, onde o controle do ar não funcionava, a cama de colchão de mola desconfortável, porta do quarto quebrada. - Papel higiênico apenas um rolo já usado para 6 diárias, pedi novo 3x no turno da noite e não tinha, tive que comprar. (Básico que tem que ter!)
- Apenas duas toalhas de banho para 6 diárias, nem toalha de rosto tinha.
Em resumo: muito ruim por bem pouco, poderiam oferecer o básico de higiene de forma melhor."
