Não tive uma boa experiência

Hospedei por 1 diária e o atendimento no check-in foi muito bom, mas me incomodou porque por três vezes me perguntaram qual horário eu iria sair. O hotel tem uma ótima localização, mas é um hotel bem antigo. O quarto é bom, mas nao tinha secador. Sinal de internet bom. Quero ressaltar sobre o café da manhã que foi muito, mas muito, ruim. Nada tinha qualidade e muito desorganizado. Exemplo: O café acabou e demoraram a repor, o pão de sal estava muito duro. Foi oferecido uma torta de frango e bolo que a medida que as pessoas iam pegando foi esfarelando e quando fui pegar tive dúvidas se aquilo nao era uma farofa e não tive coragem de experimentar, etc. Enfim, fui pelos bons comentários que o hotel tem, mas não tive uma boa experiencia. Nao acho que vale o preço cobrado. Não recomendo.

A observação que tenho a fazer foi a presença de restos de materiais de construção no estacionamento interno, tipo: tijolos, ferro para construção, etc. Inclusive, ao abrir a mala do meu carro para retorno de viagem acabei chutando restos de ferro de construção que havia na garagem e me acidentei na ponta do dedão do pé.

Fomos muito bem atendidas na hora da chegada, o rapaz veio carregar nossas malas, na recepção todos recepcionistas bem educados e atenciosos, principalmente o Josivaldo, muito prestativo, o sinal do Wi-Fi não funcionou muito bem no terceiro andar, mais mudaram pro segundo andar e tudo foi resolvido muito rápido, o café da manhã é excelente, a única coisa chata é a moça que abastece o restaurante durante o café da manhã, é muito antipática, não dá um bom dia, mal olha da cara dos hóspedes quando precisamos falar com ela pra pedir tapioca, acho que essa funcionária não combina com o hotel, parece que trabalha por obrigação! O resto foi tudo maravilhoso, voltamos em breve!

Reservei o hotel em cima da hora, liguei pra acomodação e em menos de meia hora já estava tudo resolvido, chegamos no hotel e ainda tivemos problemas com o cartão de crédito na hora do pagamento, não estava processado o pedido, o recepcionista muito atencioso liberou o quanto e permitiu que fossemos o pagamento no dia seguinte, serviços de quarto excelente, café da manhã ótimo, os funcionários da cozinha sempre prestativos!! Vou voltar com toda certeza, e já indiquei para meus conhecidos!!

A estadia foi muito boa. O único senão deveu-se ao fato de que demoraram muito para abrir o portão que dá acesso ao estacionamento. Cheguei por volta da meia noite na véspera de Natal e buzinei várias vezes. O próprio hotel diz pra buzinar. Local vazio e perigoso à noite. Tive que dar uma volta no quarteirão e ir para a frente do hotel. Apareceu um funcionário que disse que não ouviu a buzina por tinha subido para um atendimento de hóspede em um andar superior. Um hotel nao pode ter apenas um funcionário na recepção. Se um precisar sair, é imperioso que tenha outro pra ficar no atendimento. É na minha opinião, uma falha grave da administração do hotel deixar isso acontecer.

Estadia no hotel Annamar.

Não recomendo o hotel. A limpeza do quarto era bem superficial, as toalhas muito manchadas, algumas pareciam até manchas de sangue, as roupas de cama surradas e também manchadas, cama desconfortável e o ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem. O café da manhã é bom mas não compensa o desconforto e falta de higiene do quarto.
