Fui direcionado a um quarto com infiltração e goteiras (chão molhado), ao fazer a reclamação na recepção fui colocado em outro quarto, onde o controle do ar não funcionava, a cama de colchão de mola desconfortável, porta do quarto quebrada. • The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces.
• There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable.
