I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room was not up to standard. Specifically:
• The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces.
• There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable.
• No hand or face towels were provided.
• The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly.

"La vue sur la mer est fantastique, mais la cuisine partagée inscrite dans l'annonce n'existe pas, la structure contient un restaurant pour le midi mais pas pour le petit déjeuner ni le dîner.
Par ailleurs la conciergerie en charge de l'entrée dans les lieux a mis en place une application avec envoi d'informations, de selfies et de photos de documents assez intrusive et chronophage pour pouvoir finaliser l'enregistrement.
