Stayed at the Diamante Beach last Friday night, on our way to our final holiday destination. Late arrival time of 9.30pm was no problem, parked in the hotel's own underground car park, which was expensive at €12 for the night but didn't feel like trying to find an on street space. My family and I travel a lot and mostly to 5 star hotels . this hotel had so many positive despite us visiting out of season April 15-22 2016 . they staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand our English but not perfect in Translation but what they failed in translation they made up in effort . The facilities i.e. pool stunning and beautiful views of the sea and well managed gardens . they have 3 out door pools to chose from and the bottom pool was perfect for my 2& 9 year...

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. This was such a suprise hotel - we didn’t realise it had just been open 3 months. Very high standard hotel from the rooms to the public spaces… and the food was excellent. Big call out to Ruben the night manager who was welcoming when we arrived after midnight after a long drive from Biarritz and couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff were equally helpful and bright. Very comfortable hotel, good food and plenty of variety. The staff in the restraunt are attentive and cleared the table quickly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice. We had a room with a sea view balcony and mini bar which allowed us to sit late in the evening with a cold drink and enjoy the view. Good facilities if you wish to use them and plenty of comfortable seatingnot only in the hotel but also in the outdoor bar area. I would return to this...

Great communications from start to finish. Location is spot on, close enough to the centre but down a side st so quiet enough as well. I don't usually do reviews but felt compelled to write on this time. Do not hesitate to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed.

This hotel really is 10/10, from the moment you arrive it’s welcoming, accommodating and everything any traveller would want. The food is great also!

I have stayed at this Hotel Pueblo Benidorm before and as before I enjoyed it very much and that is why I returned for vacation No.2

Last minute move from new town and what a decision it was. Cheap and cheerful with amazing views if lucky enough to get a room on the front

Accommodation basic but very clean. Bed sheets spotless. Well equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer and microwave. Only problem was TV programs all in Spanish (yeah, well?) and just sky sports and news in English. Hotel staff very helpful, all spoke English. They moved me from the room I was in to another which got all the afternoon sun. Estudios Benidorm is situated at the top of the old town with a taxi rank opposite and a short walk to the bus stops (no. 10 bus) which takes you to Altea...

A two day stay at this hotel in the hub of café culture and shops to browse. 4th floor room a little noisy if you kept the window open as the street below was full of tables for the cafés, bars, restaurants and they were moved away during early hours of night. Wear earplugs, close the window, turn on the AC and it's fine! Good speed wifi in the room and can get the signal still if you sit outside at the ONE BAR. Drinks and snacks there are cheap but good.
