"Stay here is always good. This time housekeeping wasnt not good, no towels, or facecloths and a guest was smoking heavily in the room next to ours and dogs were barking on the 6th floor in the middle of the night. We'll be back to try again. Unfortunately stupid people can change a hotel's rating pretty quickly."

"The room and the gym were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was a convenient workspace and I had a shuttle from and to the airport. Great value. "

"The hotel is quite old and musty… they use strong scents to cover. So much so if you have a scent allergy you will be bothered by this. We had to request room change which the staff were happy to accommodate and were lovely. They are working on upgrading but it’s not up to par as of yet. We didn’t stay for the food."

"It was just a quick stay but the room was clean and the soap smells amazing. The staff were absolutely amazing. The friendliest and kindest I have ever encountered. We will be coming back again and will spend some time in the pool"

"The Sheraton hotel and staff was excellent, however booking thru Hotels.com and using their customer service is an absolute joke, the worst when you need a live person to talk to about redeeming a gift card that is still unresolved. I gave up because they are so bad bouncing me around from one person to another than saying my issue can only be handled via email. It wasn’t. Then I was told to call again, but nobody can help. Ffs I hope you never need customer service with these stupid people. "
