"Room was clean and staff was great"

"I’ve been staying at the Red Roof Inn in Fredericksburg, VA (North) on and off for the past year for work, and it’s been nothing but a consistently positive experience. I always book the superior king non-smoking room, and it’s reliably clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to unwind after a long day. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Every interaction has been pleasant, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They go out of their way to be accommodating, and any request or issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently, which makes traveling for work so much easier. Don’t let the location or surrounding area deter you from giving this place a shot. And to be fair, if you’re looking for a five-star resort with all the bells and whistles, this isn’t that but it’s absolutely well worth the stay. It’s a dependable, comfortable spot that delivers exactly what you need, every single time. I highly recommend it if you’re in the Fredericksburg area."

"The room was fairly clean, the staff was hard to find someone at the desk, The kitchen lady was AMAZING! She was so friendly and made sure there was plenty of food out for everyone. We were excited to use the pool. Upon arrival and checking it out, It was green with algae growing and a film on top. So that was extremely disappointing. "

"Our first night stay the AC was not working, so our room was hot. Then the next morning I noticed there was bood on our sheets, not from us. It looked like somebody cut their hand while making the bed. I felt like the casino was better, than the room."
