"Convient stop friendly helpful staff"

"Full disclosure- Renovations ongoing during our stay. Good for them for freshening up this hotel. The room itself was acceptably clean. The downside was that all the public spaces were not. Understand traffic of workers, but not the obvious like the elevators(one was out of service)and the other’s floor was dirty and had bits of trash. Floors in general needed attention. Actual foot traffic and spillage trails of dirt. A occasional vacuum or mop perhaps. Bathrooms off of the breakfast room were also not good. We booked a 3 night stay, and the public areas cleanup never occurred. The upside was the breakfast..4.5 stars. Nicely cleaned and continuously cleaned room and counter areas. The buffet selection was very good, tasty and kept well supplied. Suggestion that the hotel place signage directing folks to the breakfast room in and off the elevators. Spruce up the hallway entranceway."

"Haven't stayed at a red roof in over 20 years. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. The only bad thing was all of the trucks parallel parking and made it hard to navigate in and out of the parking spots plus the workers leaving at 5 or 6 am with the loud trucks wake you up."

"The location is great. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable—it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. I loved the automatic coffee machine in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town."

"I have service dogs and did not have an issue checking in, but when I went into the lobby the next morning to get a glass of water, I had my service dogs with me (they must accompany me everywhere to help me), and the staff member tending to the breakfast bar drilled me about not having my dogs in the lobby during breakfast and then proceeded to ask me for my dogs’ papers (which is a NOT permitted under the ADA). She backed off when I suggested she brush up on Title II and III of the ADA’s service animal regulations before approaching a guest in that manner. The hotel itself was clean but in poor repair. The parking lot and property were not clean."

"There were no privacy curtains. Only the sheer light filtering ones. We ended up tying the extra blanket to the curtain rod for some privacy and to block out the street lights at night. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. They did lock us out of our room before checkout, but that was quickly fixed with no problems, they handled it well. Curtain thing was really the only weird thing."
