"Water was turned off one day for about 4 hours - No one notified us this was happening. Had to change rooms because the fridge was broke. Very run down - the shower curtain rod was about coming out of the wall and the bathroom outlets were very loose. No one cleaned the room in 4 days - sand all over with a crappy broom in the room. No one cane to get the dirty towels or provide new ones our entire stay."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a great location that’s literally on the beach. I appreciated having a full kitchen and washer/drying in the room. There was even a dishwasher! My favorite thing was the balcony that faced the ocean, as I enjoy hearing the surf. One day I had an issue with my air conditioning unit but I was fixed immediately. I would absolutely stay here again. With its indoor and outdoor pools, close proximity to the beach, and all the room amenities, this location would be an excellent spot for a family vacation too!"

"Overall it is a good place to stay because of the location close of many restaurants like Hook & Barrels , groceries stores and golf courses like Grand Dunes . Room are OK and have great bathrooms. However some members of the staff need to learn how to smile to the customers."
