"Recommendation the pool need to be whit hot water"

"We did not have hot water for about 24 hours without notification and could not shower before bed or when we got up in the morning. There were five in our party"

"Pros: clean room, nice pools, great beach view, and restaurant was good, but pricey. Cons: They required a $250 hold on a card at check-in, which was expected, but did not accept tap-to-pay. This caused me to use my debit card freezing my money I intended to use for spending. "

"Its a nice resort my only complaint was the morning after checkin a guy was right outside our room using a drill in the wall which woke us up at 7am and we had a service dog with us who was spooked by the sound but then outside our balcony door by the pool at 8am was two maintenance guys using leaf blowers and weed eaters so we could not get any sleep due to all the noise i did bring this to the attention of front desk and they did offer us 2 free nights on them which was more then fair to me we did however enjoy our room it was clean for the most part we did notice paint missing from diff spots on the walls and door and we noticed a broken spot on the frame of the mirror in the bathroom but over all it was a nice place they have a big indoor water park for kids with slides and a lazy river and hot tub which we didn't get to use due to all the activities we had planned with our son also at check in they charge you an amenities fee of $100 which is not on the website you won't know about it until you arrive on site i think things like that should be posted on the website or told about it when booking that way folks can plan accordingly "

"It was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building itself is older and the whirlpool was filled in. The pool is unheated. Breakfast was good. Coffee all day is lovely. There was water damage at the bottom of our bedroom door. But it was fine."

"Room was not well maintained and there was a lot of mold. Front desk did move me to another room. It was slightly better maintained and there was less mold, but still not what I expected. Photos did not represent what most rooms seems to look like."
