Had a lovely slone night stay. The communal areas particularly the pool was lovely as was the bar and restaurant area. The rooms were dated and some mould in the tiles of the bathroom but perfectly comfortable.would stay again

Good hotel in a great location, quite big but had a personal touch as the staff were very helpful. Although we were on a floor that had not been refurbished, the room was clean, large and had everything we needed, would recommend staying here.

Wholeheartedly recommend staying at green island! Spend the extra money and stay 2-3 nights instead of a day trip! Never have been so well looked after! Absolutely brilliant and relaxing & the wildlife is amazing!!

Excellent 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with everything you would need. An amazing pool which was warm and a joy to spend time in and plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar.

Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.

We stayed for one night between a 4 day dive trip and flying out. The reception staff were super helpful at all times. We were able to print our boarding passes at reception, check in early, get a free lift to the Botanical Gardens (we asked for a taxi and they took us for free), get help with the wifi and have the most amazing evening meal in their restaurant. Great hotel, just no netflix or prime tv

We spent a lovely holiday at the Reef House. Our timing was perfect as the hotel was very quiet. The ambience was great; the food in the restaurant superb and the room very comfortable. Palm Cove is a peaceful haven and we were able to explore the surrounding area at our own pace - The Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree Forest, the Tablelands etc... The staff were very friendly and helpful.
