"We had a great stay. We found the staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean and inviting. The only matter I would like to suggest is that when the guest arrives, if they haven't been to the area before that you advise them of the local transport in the area (pick up bus in Lake Street) and how you can easily get around with the bus."
