The stay was excellent and the staff were very attentive, especially Balwant, our waiter, he was very caring.

The hotel is in a good position in Jaipur close to the railway station and restaurants. The check in process was quick and easy as was the checking out. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained with everything as it should be. I found the front desk staff to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Hospital staff takes pride in their work. Breakfast buffet is great and all restaurant staff really caters to your needs. They make you feel welcome. House keeping is wonderful and will meet your requests within minutes. Extra bed we needed could have been little better. I really like to thank Abhishek, Amit, Priye, Aita, Ranjeet in the restaurant and Jyoti and the Manaher Mr Roshan. Other staff member who was very good was Mr Jaiparkash. Great service! The staff is excellent and the hotel is new and modern.

A lovely heritage property, very helpful staff. It's an very large old building which has some renovation work going on (this did not disturb me in the slightest as it was far from my room). It did make it a little dusty but this is unavoidable as renovations will always be needed to maintain old buildings. Nice room, could do with blackout curtains as there are many windows and some light coming in during the night.

Everything about our 4 night stay was perfect. Excellent stay at Hotel Sarang Palace, Jaipur! The hospitality was outstanding, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was prompt and professional. Great food, peaceful ambience, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the property was best, all the tourist places were nearby. Staff were all great and welcoming includes guard, restaurant manager, hotel manager Mr. Biswas. The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special.
