"The room had two queen size beds. The mattress was very comfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were clean. Bathroom was clean and sufficient amount of towels. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even at 5:30 in the morning. "

"I booked this stay at the Audubon thinking it would be a nice ending to a trip for a family memorial and it was… very nice. Couldn’t be more pleased with my choice. This is a very lovely hotel and the folks who have been restoring it have done a great job. Should I come by this way again, I won’t hesitate to book a room here. We were received warmly and treated like guests in a home. I would highly recommend the Audubon!!"

"Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they "gave" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!"
