"Byron Bay is a very expensive destination and this property represents excellent value for money, compared to the alternatives. It is approximately two blocks to the beach and is close to everything, so my car didn’t move the whole week. It is also in a quiet street which gets very quiet at night. The current renovations to the rooms are very well done and they clearly used excellent tradies as the bathroom tiling is the best job I think I have seen in a resort. The team are also excellent and make you feel very welcome. Byron Bay itself is a great destination that we have enjoyed many times. Because it can be so busy, it is great to have a place that is so quiet and peaceful to stay. We have stayed here before and will stay again in the future as it suits us perfectly."

"When we booked we were told we had free self parking which we assumed was off-street. The day before check in we got an email to say that free parking was available on a street near the property. Overnight someone tried to break into our car and damaged it. The room we stayed in was very small with no place for luggage. The only furniture was a bed and two bedside tables and so no place to put anything. The en-suite bathroom was also very small with no place to put a wash bag. The wash hand basin was particularly small. We expected more for the 4 star rating but then the rate we paid was relatively low so I guess you get what you pay for."
