"We appreciated an upgrade cabin to be on the water with a lovely view of water fountains. The fountains were turned off at 8 pm to reduce the noise which was appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a slight problem with some stove tops in the camp kitchen and the technician arrived very quickly to fix the problem. They were supplies for cleaning and toiletries and the location was excellent to visit the local attractions in Byron Bay and other towns. A great cafe called folk Byron Bay is at the entrance to the park. Would highly recommend having a breakfast or coffee there."
"Good location close enough to walk to town or over to the beach.
Secure complex and apartment was very clean and tidy.
Kitchenware in room was ok. Frypan could do with replacing in that unit, and maybe at least 2 different sized frypans would be nice.
Pool is small but heated, and spa was great.
Reception not always attended, but easy enough to message or call.
Shared laundry available @ $5 a wash or dry.
We chose to pay for extra clean towels and room refresh cleans, which we were happy with.
Bed was comfortable.
Would recommend to others and stay again :)"
Bayview Beachfront Apartments, in town right on the beach
10/10 Excellent
"The property was a 1-bedroom unit with all the requirements including washing machine and dryer.
In the lounge the couch was not very comfortable; the unit had no view to the beach and little natural light.
Ther unit was perfect for beach access and great location for Byron Bay and local drives.
I would recommend the apartment but not if you're unable to freely walk around and upstairs as the was no elevator."
"Initial teething problems with TV welcoming the wrong guests and left over snacks and drink on kitchen bench dealt with by reception with welcome hamper. Issues with plumbing were a nuisance, but also fixed and on a Sunday. Location is great."
