"The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the communal covered patio for coffee or playing cards in the rain. The motel offers fresh brewed beverages, cocktails and snacks. The chaise lounges by the pool were in the shade and comfortable. The landscaping is well kept. While we didn't use the parking lot, there is plenty of room. The location is quiet and an easy walk to the town, park and beach. The one thing I would recommend is adding another bench for placing guest's personal items on (or extra pillows). The rooms are very large but sparse."

"Perfectly adequate three star motel, no better or worse than most I have stayed in. For the price, it was a good place to sleep and refresh. I stayed 5 nights over Easter. Easy check-in (at the pub down the road), comfortable bed, plenty of hot water (wait a few minutes for it to flow through), close to shops, some noise but not particularly disturbing. I will certainly stay again. "
