"Front desk staff horrible at check in . Line was out the door , the older male was rude and mean to everyone . The black female tried to do her best . No rooms were ready and I checked in after 4pm didn’t get in my room until 5:45 pm, took over an hour to check in and fir rooms to be cleaned . Room has roaches , had stove but no pots or utensils , there wasn’t any trash cans provided and in the room or rug /enough towels for bathroom . Sheets were dirty , had major stains on them , we had to go to the office at 11pm and get new ones and change them ourselves "
