"The room was comfortable althoigh ot would have been nice to have more vegan options for the hot breakfast. The meal we had in the bar, was lovely and the staff very helpful. Wandering around the grounds was very relaxing."

The reception personnel staff member that we met is a credit to this hotel in Harrow. He really understands people and is a role model in this industry.
