Burnsville Hotels with Hot Tubs

"Friendly check in and check out, clean and comfortable room and bed. Someone was loudly pounding on the door of the room next to me. This lasted for some time. I called the front desk and they said the police were notified. When the police arrived they stated they suspected someone inside was dead and would have to bust the door down. I didn't hear anything else so I didn't think they busted the door down. No further communication or explanation. I wondered not only what happened but why there wasn't a master key that could access that room? "

"First off we switched to this hotel a few days before our trip as it was around the same price as the other one and the breakfast looked better ! Well let me tell you this was a switch worth making - for a budget friendly hotel the breakfast truly had something for everyone , eggs , sausage patty’s , hashbrowns , oatmeal , yogurt , various carb options including pancakes and there was fruit , juices coffee etc !! Room was nice , clean , had a great closet / storage space , a mini fridge and a microwave , was clean and the perfect place to stay for 2 nights well attending a weekend event ! "

"Everything was great except for the fact that our room was FREEZING COLD! My husband owns an HVAC company so he tried adjusting the thermostat but it was not working and he could not turn off the fan, which continued to blow cold air. I called the front desk to see if someone could fix it and was told it was a known problem and the best they could offer was a blanket. I mentioned it again when we checked out but the hotel rep just said the same thing... that it was a known problem. "

"Loved this hotel, started with the shuttle driver Duane, told me where to meet him at the airport knew my name and went above normal customer service. The check in was quick, room was spotless bed and pillows were so comfortable. Ordered room service and it was a great. "
