The hotel was quite nice, however, the staff at the front desk, not so much. Whomever checked us in was wonderful; warm, friendly and personable. Lovely hotel, great staff, close to transport and attractions. One criticism was the thermostatically controlled fan on the radiator in our room was very, very noisy.
