"At first I got a room with smoking smell even after overnight and was not happy about it. The front desk changed my room and the new room was good. It had a refridgerator and microwave in room, and also provided tooth brush, a small breakfast area, which are great considering the price. The bus 54 station is nearby and subway station is walkable, so it oa relatively convenient transit to downtown."

I do suggest they start looking down when cleaning and behind the trash bins in rooms. The staff were welcoming of course, the complementary coffee bar was a nice idea. "
