Breathtaking hotel oozing with class luxury and grandeur. Very good breakfast in classy surroundings. High tea was a great experience, great varieties of home made blends and tasty nibbles. Lovely Hermes toiletries in bathroom, chic neighbourhood. Excellent concierge service. I definitely recommend

Excellent stay at Casa Umare for 10 days while in BA as part of a solo sightseeing trip. Couldn’t fault any part of the service while staying - would recommend it to anyone!

Central location. Great ?20 m outdoor pool with breakfast available in lobby for twelve dollars pp. poor communication before left is looking for alternative place to stay- way too last minute. Apartment has beautiful views but not well equipped. No jug or anything for milk. No milk ready for us on arrival- and no info pack to tell us where to eat or buy groceries. No quilt cover on quilt. I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location for taking a stroll around the lovely Recoleta area. Plenty of historic buildings, its also close to the river front with great restaurants.

I'd stay again in a heart beat. Only criticism was the very basic continental breakfast included: a glass of orange juice, dried mini bread, cheap cheese and processed ham slices and a fruit chunks (from a can) in an individual pot.
Reception staff were EXCELLENT and the room felt brand new and was very clean.

Ignacio and Guido could not have been more helpful. They recommended transfers from airport and looked after my luggage until the apartment was ready to check-in. They even moved my luggage from their office to the apartment.
The apartment is perfectly located in Zen City, Puerto Madero. Ubers are easy to get and very cheap to get around. The Casa Rosada is only a 20 minute walk along the river. Lots of restaurants and cafes around and there is a supermarket across the street

This was an excellent boutique hotel, with wonderful helpful staff. The rooms were lovely with plenty of room. The showers could have been updated and modernised apart from that the rooms were great. We used the spa area and it small but nice, however the jacquizzi could have been cleaned as it was dirty and there were bits floating. Apart from that I would 100% stay here again

Madero is a great location that is clean and safe. Large bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of flat space for putting things down- very important- and balcony. Breakfast was good, if a little hectic at. peak times. Decent pool area, lifts/elevators were very hot,. Overall a very good experience in a tremendous city.
