"It's a good place to stay the night or longer. The room was clean. Some of the stuff in the room could use an update but this was our 2nd stay and we'll definitely be back next time we're in town. The only bad part was the 5:30 am trashman outside our room."

"I stayed during the weekend of the 2024 Final Four. The Hotel is perfectly located for a brisk walk to State Farm Stadium. My stay was so fantastic that I have to give it a 5-star rating. However, I must point out that food service was unavailable on Saturday night of Final Four weekend. There are countless eateries in the area around the Hotel but they were swamped due to Final Four visitors. Kudos to the Hotel staff. They were candid, forthcoming and pleasant in apprising me of the situation. Other than that matter, the food service was superb in every respect, particularly the breakfast buffet. I plan to stay at the Renaissance upon my next return to Phoenix. "
