"Our stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Rock Hill was a real letdown, despite being a budget option. The room had a persistent dust problem, and the bathroom was in poor shape—mold was visible above the tub. The coffee maker was completely unusable because a crucial piece was missing, so we couldn’t even enjoy the coffee they provided. The chair in the room was severely worn—honestly, something I’d only keep in a basement, not a hotel guest room. Breakfast was another disappointment. We arrived with an hour before it closed, but they had run out of most items—just a few biscuits left, no gravy, and no effort to restock. I had to ask for fruit, and they brought just a handful of apples. Yogurts were almost gone, and the coffee was completely flavorless. I wouldn’t return here and would strongly suggest others consider the many other nearby options."

"Room wasnt cleaned very well. Breakfast wasnt cooked properly. Reception was sleeping at the desk when I went to check out, had to wake them up to give them the rooms keys an repeat what room I was in."

"Fairly quiet hotel when we were there, fridge in room, free/ample parking and a supermarket and pizza place in the parking area which is nice to have. Breakfast was ok and an outdoor area to sit also. Where we had trouble was this - at 8am, with a Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, there was knocking on the door and then a hand was slipping something in to try and unlock the door. It was not fun for us as guests- actually scary. We found out later it was maintenance but trying to get into the wrong room, however, they should have checked with the front desk if a do not disturb sign was up and the room double locked. When we reached out to the manager, they did not call us back. We called again and they said it was their day off and we wondered how they could be that nonchalant about staff trying to break into our room. She did come in and viewed the security tape and realized that maintenance was trying to fix a leak but was at the wrong room. I still don't understand how there isn't protocol in place when there could be people in the room. The mgr apologized but I'm sharing that maintenance was opening our door at the time we were pushing it shut!"

"We stayed here fr Our daughters basketball tournament, and the location of the hotel was close and convenient! The hotel was well kept, the free breakfast was nice. Overall out stay was great!!!! Thank you and will stay again!!!"

"The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!"
