"When my wife and myself travel to Charlotte, North Carolina area we always stay at a Hilton brand hotel. This was the first time we ever stayed at the Marriott brand hotel, and we were quite pleased enough to say we are looking forward to our next stay."

"The breakfast person paid no attention to what needed refilling. Finally gave up and threw away my bowl of cereal after she ignored my request for milk 3 times. The bathroom door in the room hadn't been wiped down in a LONG time as spots of various origin were visible. Bed was hard, and the pillows were small."

"The staff were really helpful. We didn’t like the side of the building our room was on, they were able to quickly accommodate us. The rooms were clean. The shower doors were a little tricky(wouldn’t stay closed). The bar was great. Would stay here again."

"Parking was ok. The room had a bad smell and the windows don't open. There was urine in the toilet. The room and halls had holes in the walls, were dirty, and our ceiling was stained."

"We've stayed here before with no issues but this time were given room 319 and the heat/ac wasn't working right loud and would not cool the room constantly on and off all night . Beds are in need of replacing getting pretty worn out way to soft and sagging"
