It was very convenient hotel near the European Union. The bus to airport was in 1 min walking distance. This train metro station 2 mins walking distance and 5 stops about 10 mins to city centre. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff helpful. Room clean and spacious enough.

Great room, very quiet, in quirky hotel close to Brussels main attractions. 10 Minute walk to Grand Place and it was very close to Place St Catherine which is buzzy with restaurants and bars

The service is great and i love the cosy feel of the bar and restaurant. From a condition perspective I think it's looking a little tired in places. There are very few wall sockets in the rooms, some of which I have found not to work. Places to sit with colleagues in the morning/during the day to have a short meeting are very limited.

Love the hotel itself, staffs are very helpful. Only the area seems to be very rough.

A lovely room with super comfortable beds, well designed. Although parking costs spare €19, in fact you can park free outside the building on the street.

Glad to be one of the first guests at this cool new hotel, had a great stay. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the toiletries/fragrances and the gym options needs to be improved. Bobby

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour. Perfect location, loved it

We stayed in a king business room. We were three adults with two in the very large king bed and a single foldable bed. The room was large and very spacious. Large television on wall with ability to stream YouTube videos. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as it was rather expensive. Fridge was also a plus in the room.
