Just amazing from when you walk in to the delightful smell and friendly staff. This hotel is beautiful with amazing amenities. I only stayed for one night but I wish it was longer. The pools and sauna were incredibly clean and relaxing. The room was gorgeous. I also love a good tub, and the bath salts were a plus. Had the best night sleep in the comfiest bed. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!

I was working at BRU airport during my stay so the apartment suited my needs fine, may not suit vacation tourists as much. Communication with Ewa prior to my visit was excellent. Zaventem town has plenty of restaurants. The studio had everything I needed. I did have to reboot the wifi. Bus 272 and 282 to/from airport worked out well. Get off the bus at Zaventem train station. Absolutely super. Large room. Very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Great restaurant with friendly helful staff. All staff seem to speak english well. Huge breakfast selection. Big free carpark. Large wet-room type shower room, with seperate W/C room. My only (very minor) gripes were the rather weak shower water pressure and the air-conditioning was going flat out for 2 days and could only get the room down to 22 degrees.

Ideal location making it very easy to walk to different places: Grand Place, Manneken Pis fountain and streets with bars and restaurants. We also walked to the Parlementarium which took about 20 minutes. The hotel is also near the underground station to the Atomium and Mini Europe. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. They have Rituals shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and a small but brand new gym. I recommend this hotel 100%

Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...
