Probably one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. Room was excellent, overall in perfect condition. Staff, particularly the concierge were very helpful.
I had an excellent stay at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria Brussels. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable—truly high class. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay in Brussels.
This is the best hotel in Belgium, have stayed at a few 5 stars in Brussel, Corinthia is definitely the best.
The staffs are amazing, friendly, welcoming, making you feel like at home, and always greet and smile, you will feel in love with Brussels staying at this hotel.
Very quick and responsive, always pick up the phone right away and attend to requests, the hotel is beautiful and very convenient, clean and have all the amenities.
This hotel is nothing short of exceptional. All the amenities of its much larger sister hotels but offering a relaxed boutique hotel feel. Service was impeccable and unhurried, staff were professional but not stuffy and really made us feel at home. Under the stairs, the hotel’s cocktail bar is definitely worth a visit. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying again soon
The service at this hotel really sets them apart from many 5* hotels you find in other cities. We stayed here for 1 night after missing a flight back home and the staff was beyond accommodating. This was our third hotel on this trip, all who claim to be the best 5* property in their respective city, but when comparing, the Corinthia is on another level. It really felt like the staff went out of their way to make our last minute surprise stay over enjoyable. Our connecting rooms were spacious and the room layouts were perfect for us. While we didn’t get to explore the hotel fully, we did check out the spa which was also fabulous. If you are looking for a luxurious stay in Brussels, you must to stay here!

Everything about the hotel was superb! The staff was extremely attentive and the service was just impeccable. I would highly recommend this as a quiet refuge within the bustling city. Its about a 15 mins drive to Brussels Midi which made it even more convenient. Will definitely return!
The best hotel in Brussels. We had the best time and all thank to Rahmah and Kinza they made our stay all better with their service.

Still 'Under Construction'
This five-star property has quite a few things to improve upon after reopening last year. The renovation is beautiful, certainly, but that doesn't make an experience. Several issues: 1) the pool and spa is actually NOT open so don't expect that and don't believe the false advertising. I was so disappointed as I had booked for this reason. 2) the thermostat didn't work and my room was stuck at 30 degrees C. for hours (not eco friendly). 3) the room service was slow (over 45 minutes for a salad). 4) costly menus and extras at every step. 5) absolutely no way to dry your hair or use the hairdryer in the bathroom or even in the room as there are no outlets in the bathroom or near a mirrror. I had to ask for an extension cord and was late for my event! 6) no full length mirror. strange for a 5* hotel 7) loud construction noises and banging on 2nd floor as the hotel is still undergoing renovations on the upper floors and does not tell guests this when they book. 8) my final invoice was incorrect and I had to make the corrections for the reception team. 9) breakfast coffee was cold. 10) room service didn't come until 4 or 5 pm one day even though I had the sign to clean on... which conflicted with my evening and is atypical. In short, it's a gorgeous property but they have some tweaks to take care of that will improve the stay and operations. While rooms are discounted at present, they should probably roll back pricing more to make up for the 4* experience.
