"Friendly welcoming service arriving at midnight. Very nice clean rooms, not tired looking with comfortable beds and pillows. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five, it would have been great if they offered a breakfast."

"The room itself was good as it is close to the pool. But needs upgrade with the carpet and there were already peeling of the celling paint. This is especially with the room rate that they are charging. Also, I had to ask an extra bath robe as they only provided 1 and toiletries not complete (no body wash). So guests must bring their own. Aside from these, the general surrounding was quite relaxing and fun for the whole family."

"I asked for a city room view she dismissed my request saying I have a Mountain View IE (view of the parking lot) the hotel had a low vacancy rate so it wouldn’t have been an issue. There are many other hotels to choose from in Kamloops "

"Loved our stay here! Checking in and out was super easy and quick, and the room was very clean and modern. We unfortunately forgot something in our room, but the staff quickly contacted us and were extremely helpful in getting our belongings back to us. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
