We booked a 2 bedroom suite with hot tub on the deck and a beautiful view. It was fabulous! Clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were great. We stayed the 1st night after driving the Icefields Pkwy from Jasper; 2nd night after visiting nearby Yoho National Park (fantastic), 3rd night after visiting Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake…then we were set to head west to Vancouver.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding nature. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. The room is spectacular, the mountain view is amazing and the parking was super easy and convenient. The staff member that checked us in went above and beyond. She was super friendly and very accommodating...especially when the check-in time is 4pm and we show up at 10am hoping to check-in early. With a quick check of her system, we have our room key, code and instructions. The best check-in service we've ever had.

Such a great experience. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean rooms! The two-suite with hot tub is 100% worth it. We also saw 5 black bears and lots of deer by the resort. Photos are before checking out, so don't mind unmade beds.
