"The staff member at check-in, I believe his name was Ben, was friendly and helpful. He ensured we received the correct room, and assisted us with storing our bikes safely. The room was slightly larger than other Ibis Budget Hotels, and whilst dated, was clean and sufficient. The area felt safe, as it was an industrial area. It was situated next to a major road, however, when the windows were closdd you were unaw to hear the noise. The staff member at check out was friendly, and helped us to retrieve our bikes. Thank you."
