Lovely modern hotel just a few steps from the seafront & approx 10 min walk to the main station.
NCP parking opposite - ask hotel for a discount code as a waitress told us one was available (but we had used the train so didn't enquire any further)
Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds, very nice bathroom with a fab, huge walk in shower.
Only thing missing was a fridge / minibar, which would have been handy to keep our drinks cool but a bucket of ice from the bar did the trick.

We had a lovely time at 17 Wilmington Square. The room was very comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. There was a well appointed en suite and everything you could possible need for your stay, and more. Breakfasts were fresh, healthy and delicious, served by a friendly and helpful team. A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house.
