Would highly recommend. Friendly service, great location, clean and lovely cosy rooms.

We had a gorgeous stay at the Art House, beautiful garden and view over the church! The room was clean and spacious with gorgeous details. Would definitely come and stay! Hosts were so friendly and lovely :)

Thank you for an amazing stay, very comfortable bed, all clean and quiet, just what we needed. great breakfast was served directly to our cabin. highly recommended.

Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. Best room in Brighton, nice staff

Loved our stay! Staff was so friendly and kind, room was beautiful!

Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed in.Beautiful rooms absolutely spotless and the comfiest bed ever. Brilliant location 2 minutes walk from the pier. Staff were so friendly and helpful we'll definitely be back.

Lovely modern hotel just a few steps from the seafront & approx 10 min walk to the main station. Only thing missing was a fridge / minibar, which would have been handy to keep our drinks cool but a bucket of ice from the bar did the trick. Breakfast was...
