"Upon my arrival desk clerk wasn't there I stood and waited for 15 minutes I called the hotel from cell after someone answered I was left on hold, when desk clerk returned did not speak no apologies. Room clean however absolutely no trash cans in entire room, toilet seat was cracked pinched my hinny, parking convenience. No streaming channel availability. I will not be returning."

"Al is a great host not forgetting Yogi Al’s doggy assistant who welcomes you. Room was comfortable clean and warm. We stayed in Safari. Nothing is too much trouble for Al. We were encouraged to use the kitchen for making tea etc. you are genuinely treated as a houseguest rather than a paying customer. Breakfast was delicious. Go for the omelette fully loaded. Delicious!!! Parking is really convenient too. 10/10"

"The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and upgraded since the last time I stayed. The room had a new white noise machine in the room as well which was a bonus in my opinion."
