"Water bugs, dirty sheets, rude staff,nasty feet prints on floor, housekeeping was nice and did their job but staff should be making sure things look clean and tidy at night"

"Elevator was broken and we were staying on 4th floor. Bed was way too firm, almost felt like sleeping on floor. Hotel was fully booked so unable to switch rooms. Most likely won’t be staying there again. Positives: the staff was very helpful and accommodating while working with difficult situations regarding guests. Continental breakfast was also fairly good. "
