Hotel is a beautiful period property in an ideal location. We had a gorgeous suite, very clean and stylish. Close to shops and restaurants, there’s a lovely walk through Commonwealth Avenue to Boston Park and the Beacon Hill area.
The staff at the Eliot Hotel couldn’t do enough, all so helpful and the doorman had worked there for 50 years - such a nice man.

The front desk staff were amazing.The building was the old custom house and is one of Boston's oldest buildings and due to the narrowness of the building there are only 4 suites from floor 4 to 19. My husband is in a wheelchair and can only walk a few steps with a walking frame or elbow crutches. The room we were allocated due to my not advising the hotel of my husband's disabilities, was not suitable as it had a narrow passageway...
