Staff very understandable and co operative when I discussed the problem of husband not being well enough to leave room or able to eat and drink at the dining area. Was permitted to take food and drink up to our room and although they do not offer room service provided support with this. "

"The room is big and cosy. All little things have been thought of. We have a good sleep and the beds are comfortable. Also walking distance to the town centre and restaurants. The park next to it is a plus. "

"The hotel was under construction and we couldn’t locate the actual position on sat nav, however the staff did apologise and made it up to us which ended up being a very pleasant stay. We shall go back next year when we go on our next cruise.,it’s incredibly convenient for cruise parking"

"A lovely spacious hotel that was spotlessly clean. The room was plenty big enough complete with a desk and seat, the bathroom was a very good size and again spotless. A large carpark and a restaurant on site with plenty of options for evening dining and a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast options. This hitel is also a great place to stay for Southampton visits and was nice and convenient for a overnight night stay before our cruise leaving from Southampton. We would definitely stay here again"
