One day I lost my necklace in the room, I can't find it at all, it's pretty thin, until the second day I go to work, when I came back, I saw it just on the desk, very surprise, the cleaner found it and put it on the desk, then you know how deep and detailed cleaning they're doing!"

"Room was spotless. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Only complaint is towels were too rough and stiff. Need a little bit softener. Otherwise, happy with my stay and will book there again in the future."

"I booked the property as it was a bundle via Expedia but was very pleased with the hotel. I was traveling to Boston with my college returning daughter. I was solo as she was going back to her dorm, but the hotel is no frills and great value. The front desk staff was so helpful and welcoming. I loved the area and took a class at a studio 2 blocks away. I loved the 24 hr coffee/tea machine in the sitting area and the water bottle station on my floor near the elevators. Also close to T station and I was able to take the blue line from State to Logan aiport for $2.40 vs an Uber! Thanks front desk! Lastly the hotel has a small gym and a restaurant next door which was good for meals during the cold night and I wanted to stay in. I would so comeback for a visit! It's a great value. Thank you for my 3 day stay!!"
