"The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the Fire Alarm went off …it was a false alarm but it took them 20 minutes to shut it off. I stay here when I travel for business. "

"Staff was very nice, property was very well maintained. It was difficult to find the self-parking lot and my coffee maker overflowed the mug in the room even when putting in the minimum required water. Weekend breakfast buffet was not worth the cost. Great place to stay but eat elsewhere."

"I respect the age and beauty of this hotel. The staff was exceptional. The integrity of the decor and preservation of history was phenomenal. The price you pay for the size of room you receive is not worth it. They'd be better off having half as many rooms for the same price per night. We were upgraded which was lovely because the room they had us in originally was the size of a cleaning closet....described when purchased as a Deluxe standard. "
