"I wish the water slides had been open, but understand the water conservation problem. The staff was wonderful and the property was clean. Palomino island is perfection! We enjoyed our stay, and will return! "

"The first room we got in the floor & walls were wet. The room was hot. The host moved us to the next room which was great! The water occasionally was hot due to everyone sharing so it was either like warm or cold most of the time. The sheets did not smell great or clean but with no hesitation we received new ones but they did not smell the best either. Overall the just had good communication but some things could have been better. "

"Everything including chair availability at both both pools was fantastic. We went president’s day week d and it Did not feel crowded, although it was full. I would Like to see a little more variation between the menu in the main restaurant and pool cafe - although I doninderstand Why there Is a lot Of Overlap"
