Not only is this an absolutely beautiful location, but the staff is the nicest, most friendly staff every time we visit. The layout of the campus also allows for way more privacy by the rooms and suites versus other "resorts" or hotels I have stayed at. The bugalows feel more like a home than a resort ...

Room was spotless! Staff was amazing! Shout out to Johnathon in concierge? Awesome! Also Carlos in transport who picked us up at airport and Rubin with taxi service that took us to the ship! Eveyonewas so nice! Food and service was great at Roots!
