I wish the water slides had been open, but understand the water conservation problem. The staff was wonderful and the property was clean. Palomino island is perfection! We enjoyed our stay, and will return!

The email/text with necessary information (which unit, and entry pin) didn't arrive (finally did arrive after the fact). I had to call the Resident Manager, and she was helpful, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Also, the WiFi signal was very weak. Otherwise, all good.
